Message from the Founder
When I started this company over four decades ago, I had a clear conviction: the construction industry deserved better. Better materials, better engineering, better service. What I did not fully anticipate was that building a great company would depend less on machinery and more on people.
Every project we deliver, every innovation we bring to market, every challenge we overcome begins with the individuals you see on this page. They are engineers who refuse to accept "good enough," project managers who treat every deadline as a personal commitment, and specialists who see problems as opportunities to create something better. They come from different countries, speak different languages, and bring different experiences, but they share one thing: a relentless drive to deliver certainty in an industry that too often settles for uncertainty.
I am proud of what we build. But I am prouder of who builds it. This team is the reason our clients trust us with their most complex projects, and the reason I remain as committed to this company today as I was on day one.

Oversees end-to-end project delivery for large-scale commercial developments across Latin America and the Middle East.
Maria leads the Project Engineering division at Will Enterprise, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex building envelope and structural steel projects on time and within budget. With over 12 years of experience in international construction, she has managed projects spanning residential towers, commercial complexes, and industrial facilities. Maria ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction, while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders from design through installation.
Karim Hassan
Head of Technical Solutions
Develops custom engineering solutions that bridge client requirements with manufacturing capabilities across product lines.
Karim heads Technical Solutions at Will Enterprise, serving as the critical link between client specifications and production execution. He leads a team of engineers who translate architectural designs into manufacturable solutions, optimizing for performance, cost-efficiency, and constructability. With deep expertise in curtain wall systems, structural steel, and aluminum fabrication, Karim ensures that every technical proposal meets both local building codes and international quality standards. His collaborative approach has been instrumental in winning and delivering projects across diverse markets.

Leads and optimizes global corporate services, building scalable systems that drive efficient, consistent operations across international markets.
Vlad leads Global Corporate Services at Will Enterprise, designing and overseeing the company's internal operational framework across international markets. He aligns core functions, including Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Administration, to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency worldwide. Vlad strengthens the organization's engine room, enabling seamless operations and supporting strategic growth. As part of the global leadership team, he builds systems that empower teams, streamline processes, and drive long-term organizational excellence with disciplined execution rigor.
