Our 60,000 m² facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, automated glass processing lines, and robotic welding systems. We continuously invest in technology that increases precision, reduces waste, and enables us to take on increasingly complex architectural designs.
We develop and manufacture insulating glass units (IGUs), laminated safety glass, and coated glass products that meet the most demanding thermal and acoustic performance specifications. Our R&D team works closely with glass coating suppliers to optimize solar heat gain coefficients and U-values for different climate zones.
Our engineering team designs and fabricates unitized curtain wall systems that are pre-assembled in our factory for rapid on-site installation. This approach reduces construction time, improves quality control, and minimizes weather-related delays — a significant innovation for high-rise construction projects.
We are pioneering factory-made housing solutions with a vision of creating one million homes. By applying manufacturing precision to residential construction, we deliver homes that are built faster, cost less, and achieve higher quality standards than traditional on-site construction methods.
Our ongoing R&D in low-carbon materials focuses on reducing the embodied energy of our products. We are exploring recycled aluminum alloys, low-iron glass formulations, and high-strength steel grades that deliver equivalent performance with a smaller environmental footprint.
We integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our design-to-manufacturing workflow, enabling seamless data transfer from architect's models to our CNC machines. This digital thread eliminates translation errors and accelerates the path from design approval to production.
