Our standard designs support clear spans up to 80 meters. For larger spans, we use truss systems or multi-span configurations with interior columns at optimized intervals to maximize usable floor space.
Depending on size and complexity, a typical steel warehouse can be erected at a rate of 500-1,000 m² per day. A 5,000 m² warehouse can be weather-tight in 4-6 weeks from foundation completion.
Yes. We design expansion-ready connections at designated walls, allowing the building to be extended in length or width without structural modifications to the existing frame.
We offer sandwich panels (PU, rock wool, EPS), single-skin metal panels with blanket insulation, and hybrid systems. For cold storage, we provide specialized insulation systems with vapor barriers rated for temperatures down to -40°C.
All structural steel is shot blasted to Sa2.5 grade (near-white metal) using automated shot blasting machines, then hot-dip galvanized at 400–600 g/m² (50–70 μm coating thickness). For painted finishes, we apply 4–5 layers of anti-corrosion coating, with each layer inspected by Coating Thickness Measurer. Critical welded connections undergo 100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure structural integrity.
