The Challenge
Building envelope construction is traditionally slow, labor-intensive, and quality-dependent on field conditions. Multiple trades must coordinate insulation, vapor barriers, cladding, and waterproofing — each interface creating potential failure points for water infiltration and thermal bridging.

Common Questions
PU (Polyurethane) offers the best thermal performance per thickness. PIR (Polyisocyanurate) adds improved fire performance to PU's thermal efficiency. Rock Wool provides the highest fire rating (up to 4 hours) and acoustic insulation but requires greater thickness for equivalent thermal performance.
A skilled crew can install 200-400 m² of sandwich panels per day, making it one of the fastest envelope systems available. A 5,000 m² building can be fully clad in 2-3 weeks.
Standard RAL colors are available in polyester, PVDF, and SMP coatings. PVDF coatings are recommended for high-UV environments and provide 25+ year color retention.
