VIDA Collection

The VIDA Studio is a single-module 27 m² unit with integrated sleeping area, kitchenette, and full bathroom — ideal for hospitality and minimal housing. The VIDA Villa combines two modules into a 54 m² home with a master bedroom, full bathroom, closet, and open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. The VIDA Residence is the largest at 81 m², using three modules in an L-shape layout with two bedrooms, an office, two bathrooms, and a living/dining/kitchen area with a central courtyard.

Minimum orders vary by model: VIDA Studio requires 4 units (all fit in one 40HQ container), VIDA Villa requires 2 units (one 40HQ container), and VIDA Residence requires just 1 unit (one 40HQ container). This makes the collection accessible for both large-scale developments and individual projects.

The FOB Qingdao price includes the complete structural steel frame, thermo-acoustic insulating wall and roof panels, precision aluminum windows and doors, interior partition walls, electrical wiring conduits, and plumbing rough-ins. Furniture, outdoor decks, pools, and landscaping shown in marketing images are for illustrative purposes only and are not included.

The modular system is standardized for manufacturing efficiency, but customization is available for facade finishes, interior layouts, window configurations, and MEP specifications. For orders of 20+ units, we can accommodate custom floor plans within the base module dimensions. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.

All models ship from the Port of Qingdao in standard 40HQ containers. On site, the modules are lifted by crane onto a prepared foundation (concrete slab, strip foundation, or screw piles). Module connection, utility hookup, and finishing typically take 1–3 days depending on the model and site conditions.
