This 600-unit residential complex showcases Will Enterprise's comprehensive building envelope capabilities. The project features 42,000 m² of high-performance aluminum doors and windows manufactured with triple glass Low-E and 4SG (fourth-generation warm-edge spacer) technology paired with thermal brake aluminum profiles for superior energy efficiency. Additionally, 18,000 m² of precision-engineered aluminum facade panels were manufactured and installed, creating a modern, cohesive architectural aesthetic across the entire development.
