Master Planning

Site analysis, zoning compliance, and campus layout design. We plan the entire industrial park — road networks, utility corridors, building placement, and phased development schedules — before a single foundation is poured.

Structural Engineering

Every building is engineered in-house using our steel structure design capabilities. Portal frames, multi-span configurations, crane beams, and mezzanine structures — all optimized for the specific use case of each facility.

Manufacturing

Steel structures, sandwich panels, aluminum doors and windows, and glass are all manufactured across our 182,000 m² co-located facilities. All structural steel is shot blasted to Sa2.5 grade, hot-dip galvanized at 400–600 g/m², and critical welds undergo 100% NDT. One production schedule. One quality standard. No third-party dependencies.

Construction & Delivery

Our own freight forwarding division ships materials to site with priority booking on the world's top 10 shipping lines. On-site erection with technical supervision ensures the finished facility matches the engineered design exactly.
